On Good Anna Hazare & Bad Indian politics
Of late, it has been felt by the
common people that Anna Hazare, is too good, too idealistic, too unrealistic
and too emotional to be fit to counter the shrewd, selfish, narcissistic,
nepotic, mercenary, inhuman, ludicrous politics in India, which makes credulous
fools of the gullible common people, eats their wellbeing like termites and
parasites, adopts innumerable musclemen and hooligans to terrorize them, plays
casteist and community based politics and does not allow good people to thrive
for good cause.
His movement to institutionalize ‘Lok
Pal Bill’ to uproot corruption in public life and set everything and everyone
accountable is straight from the deepest and purest core of his Gandhian heart
and brain-potent enough to lead the whole mass of people. But, he is too
saintly in his ideology and too unpractical to do right politics to eradicate
wrong politics.
Speaking straight, I wish he should
have straight been in to the political arena with like minded co-leaders
forming a powerful political outfit to fight out cheap and ridiculous
politicians in the ballot-field. Aravind kejriwal has the most powerful moral
courage to do the rightest thing on the Earth by floating his own political
party to battle against the powerful immoral system in the volatile Indian
Ballot-field. I salute him for his bravado. Despite his own physical ailments,
discourage from own team members and all-powerful people on power, he looks
straight in to their eyes. He may or may not succeed in dirty political fray,
but he will create successors, who will succeed and proceed. Anna along with
his team members should support and patronize him and create a plethora of
really patriotic and philanthropic leaders to lead India, improve and develop
it. Fasting will not help India; rather it will weaken India by weakening the
fasting leaders. Did the wrong system or its contractors show any concern for
him in any of his fasts? They are defiant, marauding, obnoxious, shrewd and cunning
power-mongers, who do not see right things and who do not have any sympathy and
empathy. They are concerned about their own chair and power and their sons and
daughters. How ever, not all of them are like this, but the microscopic good
among them are always eclipsed and paralyzed. They follow the negative pressure
for their survival.
What was urgently required was Anna’s
making a strong political party with his dedicated, patriotic members to scare,
bare and tear the parties of touts and villains, liars and traitors.
It is highly unfortunate that most
political leaders have criminal and corrupt background and still they are
revered, followed and cheered by people. I feel ashamed very often to see even
many high profile people and institutions enjoying and appreciating the
buffoonery-style ridiculous speech and behavior of some so-called leaders of
the nation.
I do not have any political
affiliation, nor have I any ambition to do politics. I am an Engineering
student and cherish my dream to serve my country in the best possible way I can.
But, as a responsible citizen of this great nation, I have strong objection to
nasty politics. Politics is good; it is civics and is meant for decent civil
life. But what is happening in politics in India is just opposite. This needs
change- a drastic and radical positive change to make India great in all
aspects and all senses. Here, we need leaders like Anna Hazare, Kiran Vedi,
Kejriwal and General V. K Singh and Swami Ram Dev to translate the ideology in
to true politics to remove untruthful and unfruitful political leaders.
Parliament is not a circus-show of
musclemen and jokers. It is the apex seat of apex body of the nation, which
decides the nation’s fate. Highly responsible, honest, selfless, cultured and
esteemed people should occupy this sublime institution to take care of the
country. Unfit people have no place there.
Anna Ji is symbolic of Gandhi, Khan
Abdul Gafur Khan, Vinoba Babhe, Raja Ram Mohan Roy and many such great souls,
who were like Good Samaritan to bring many good changes in the society. But
time needs a modified role. Only saintly ideology will not help now. He must
act on tact and fact and battle in the ballot-field as a matter of right and
revolution in stead of fasting and doing Satyagraha. The people are with him
and he will succeed to change the political system and ‘Lok Pal’ as he did in
his movement for ‘RTI’. ‘Satyameba Jayate!’. Jai Hind!
